As part of the Erasmus+ project “Bees and More”, students conducted a series of interviews with professionals connected to agriculture, beekeeping and scientific research on bees. The aim of this activity was to better understand the role of bees in agriculture, the challenges faced by beekeepers and farmers, and the importance of protecting pollinators.
The project involves four partner schools from Austria, Sweden, Greece and Slovenia. Each school carried out interviews in its local community following the same structure: two interviews with farmers, three interviews with beekeepers and one interview with a scientist who has studied bees and their products.
Below you can explore the interviews conducted by the students. Each article includes the full transcript of the interview together with the video recording, offering a closer look at the experiences and perspectives shared by the participants.
