As part of the Erasmus+ project “Bees and More”, on Thursday, May 8, students of EPAL Messinis had the opportunity to taste honey from three different countries: Greece, Slovenia and Sweden.
The tasting was conducted as a “blind test”, with students not knowing which honey they were sampling, allowing them to evaluate each sample without bias.
The varieties included thyme honey from Greece, chestnut honey from Slovenia and raspberry honey from Sweden.
